After game 6 of the NBA finals, all of Canada was celebrating but all of California was crying. You would never believe the outcome of the game when Klay was playing. He was making threes, swishing mid-ranges, and even going to the basket. With 2:22 left in the third quarter Klay he went in for a dunk while Danny Green fouled him and he landed awkwardly. He fell, held, and winced in pain. He left the game, but briefly returned to shoot his free throws. Klay was then rushed to the locker room by the medical staff, shortly after he left Oracle on crutches. This heavily contributed to the loss as he had 30 points and the third quarter hadn’t even ended. The Warriors couldn’t make up for his loss and lost 114 – 110. Kawhi Leonard was awarded Finals MVP and Drake went crazy celebrating.
Stephen Curry’s and Kawhi Leonard’s performances will play a major role in this series and their legacies.
